I'll try not to write a book here, so let me just say that my experience with Action was very good. Always call local. I had been in contact with a large corporation to fix my blower motor and they wanted more than twice as much for the repair. They actually ended up selling me a whole new system. I fell for their marketing, unfortunately.
But, after thinking about it I called the corporation back and cancelled my new contact before calling Action. I'm very glad I did that. Derek was very helpful, and even tried to get the old warranty on my system honored. We weren't able to do that, but I didn't mind the price that was so much better than the competition and the whole interaction just felt better. Always call local.
