Action Heating & Air, Inc. Services Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule an appointment 24 hours or more before a confirmed appointment with no penalty. There is also no penalty for canceling an appointment that doesn’t have a confirmed date and time.

Action Heating & Air, Inc. understands that unexpected circumstances can prevent you from getting a service completed per your confirmed schedule. If you’re unable to keep a confirmed appointment and need to reschedule or cancel, please do so as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is designed to protect both you and the service providers in cases of last-minute cancellations or reschedules.
How to cancel a service
To cancel a service, contact Action Heating & Air, Inc. with your cancellation or reschedule request. Because you aren't charged until the actual work is completed, canceling or rescheduling a job doesn't require a refund.
Refunds: If you believe your account has been opened or used in an unauthorized manner in connection with a Payment Transaction, please report this to us immediately. Except as set forth in this Agreement, all Payment Transactions processed through the Services are non-refundable to you and are non-reversible by you. You may have additional refund or charge-back rights under your Payment Instrument agreement or applicable state and federal laws. You should review your periodic statement received from the issuer or provider of your Payment Instrument which will reflect all purchase transactions through the Services.
